BA Hons Musical Theatre (Professional Performance)

At Associated Studios we have forged strong and trusted links with industry professionals over many years.  We pride ourselves on understanding industry requirements and having a network of dedicated and highly experienced theatre practitioners, ready to offer you help and advice whilst you are studying with us, and after you embark on your career.

What sets this course apart from the rest is that the standards of teaching rival the top Musical Theatre training institutions in the UK, and yet Associated Studios provides a 'family' environment which is challenging and nurturing in equal measure.  We underpin this by making sure classes are kept small enough for students to experience a personalised approach to their training.

As the course runs from Monday thorugh to Thursday, students are able to support themselves on the other three days.  Associated Studios objective is to make full-time, top-level training available to all talented, aspiring performers.  Therefore, students on this course may be eligible for a Student Tuition Fee Loan and a Maintanance Loan for living costs from the Student Loan Company, making our training accessible to all who have the potential to work in the industry.

At Level 4, we focus on intensive training four days a week, focusing on the fundamental techniques ofacting, singing and dance.  Level 5 is focused on the integration of your technical skills into the practical side of performing.  Level 6 will be more fast paced and will include public performances such as a professional agent panel week, digital showcase, a public performance of a play, and a full-scale musical production in a central London venue.
