Drama workshops for Early Years and KS1

Bigfoot Arts Education, the UK’s largest provider of creative and educational workshops, is now taking bookings for its ‘Working Creatively with Early Years and KS1’ professional development day for teachers and workshop leaders.

Never again be frightened of how to keep a group of nursery children focussed or how to bring a book alive for a KS1 class! 

Dani will fill your tool box with a host of imaginative, multi sensory and creative drama ideas so that you will never be stuck for how to inspire the very youngest participants. 

The day will include: 

• A nursery and KS1 show class in which Dani will show you all of the different ways to access a theme, book or topic through role-play
• Multi sensory techniques
• Creating stories and inspiring imagination
• Practical sessions where participants will get the chance to create their own work in small groups
• Plenty of time for discussion and exploration.

In addition to this all participants will leave the day with a detailed set of notes exploring how to get the best from the very young.
