The Level 3 Award consists of 2 units of study with a single assignment for each. The first unit is the mandatory
Unit 30 - An Introduction to Law for Paralegals (5 Credits). The second unit, the learner can choose from the following list;
Unit 31 - Legal Ethics and Responsibilities for Paralegals (7 Credits)
Unit 32 - Wills & Succession for Paralegal (7 Credits)
Unit 33 - Civil Litigation for Paralegals (7 Credits)
Unit 34 - Criminal Litigation for Paralegals (7 Credits)
Unit 35 - Commercial Law for Paralegals (7 Credits)
Unit 36 - Conveyancing for Paralegals (7 Credits)
Unit 37 - Employment Law and Practice for Paralegals (7 Credits)
Unit 38 - Consumer Rights and Remedies for Paralegals (7 Credits)
Learners have 2 years to complete the course however this course can be completed much faster.
The NALP does not specify entry requirements for this course however a good standard of english is required.
