Introduction:
This course will be tailored for each specific client. Courses are normally run in-house at client premises. It is recommended to have a maximum of 14 participants. The course can be for 1 or 2 days depending on requirements. (Cost £950.00 per day)
Purpose:
Teams are required to deliver against stretching targets and are frequently operating in new environments. This means that managers and teams require a set of specific skills to help them work effectively in a rapidly changing work envirnment.
Managers and team leaders need to be able to manage ‘how’ teams work rather than tell them ‘what’ to do. The facilitation skills taught within this course develop practical skills to make leaders more effective in the way that they work with their teams.
