This VSM Masterclass training course – held over 1 day –provides a detailed level of understanding of how to conduct value and process mapping, at all levels, of an enterprise, business, department or process and to be able to identify and eliminate waste
and constraints. Using a combination of theory and a good amount of hands-on,practical exercises, you will gain experience in the use of a suite of process mapping tools that have immediate use in your working environment.

This course is open to any organisation or individual who are embarking on a continuous improvement journey and needs to be able to learn to see, quickly, how end to end processes are arranged.
