What is the Course?
Relax your Life – Stress Awareness
As a Training Organisation, The Training and Recruitment House is accredited by TQUK/HABC/CIEH/IOSH. This course leads to certification in the CIEH Level 2 Award in Stress Awareness.
Outline
What can I do once I complete the Course?
On successful completion of this Course you will be able to identify areas which will cause stress in life as well as how to recognise the signs and deal with stress in the workplace.
How long does the Course take?
The Course takes around 3 hours in total. It is normally delivered over a half day or 1 evening.
We can also tailor this course to include tasters of therapies such as pilates, reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.(*)

Is there a test at the end of the Course?
Yes there is a self-reflection on workplace stress to complete.
How is the Course delivered? What will I learn?
The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials. You will learn about the HSE Management Standards, types of stress, reactions to stress and coping with stress.
