The CCare-Certificate-Logo_final-300x300are Certificate is a mandatory training course for the many many thousands of new staff working within the NHS and in private health care companies.
A rigorous set of 15 Standards replaces what was historically considered ‘inconsistent’ training under the National Minimum Training Standards and Common Induction Standards structures. The new Care Certificate Standards is geared to meet requirements set out in the Cavendish Review.
The Certificate in Care system certificated online training course records and evidences the knowledge required for each standard. It also includes 15 work based competency assessment workbooks, covering each standard so learners are able to provide the ‘on the job’ evidence whilst working with their assessors/ mentors.
It will be delivered through the unique, QCF accredited, Blended Learning Environment (BLE) and provides the Care Provider and Care Worker with everything they need to meet the Care Certificate Standards, easily, efficiently and affordably. Essentially, the ‘Care
Certificate Package’ is 100% compliant, accredited and designed to meet the new guidelines for all care workers and care providers.
