- Types of discrimination – what are the ways in which discrimination might occur
- Bullying and harassment – what is harassment and what is bullying? What are the differences between the two?
- Complaints – effectively managing complaints of bullying and harassment informally and formally including good investigation techniques
- Grievance hearings – how to carry out an effective grievance hearing into complaints of bullying and harassment
- Liability – who is liable for discrimination and harassment in the workplace
- Communications - communicating the outcome of a grievance hearing including relevant actions after the procedure has been completed.
