This is an online IATP Asbestos Awareness training course which has been designed to raise "Awareness" of Asbestos in the workplace, it is not designed for those removing asbestos or working with Asbestos Containing Materials. However, as well as informing you about the risks of encountering asbestos, our online IATP Asbestos Awareness training course will also deliver a lot more information about how to protect yourself and others from exposure to asbestos; how to recognise common forms of asbestos containing materials; where asbestos is used; how to minimise the risks of disturbing asbestos as well as detailing the legislation and your duties regarding asbestos, as an employer or employee. 

The Course takes around 60 minutes to complete.

You can take this asbestos awareness training course online at your own pace. If you wish, you can complete the asbestos awareness course in one sitting or over several days or weeks. Once you have completed the asbestos awareness training course a training certificate will be automatically generated for you to download and save onto your computer for onward emailing or to be printed as a hard-copy.

The asbestos awareness training course can also be used as both a stand-alone asbestos awareness training course or as an online asbestos awareness refresher training course for persons who have previously completed formal classroom based asbestos awareness training.

This course is a 60 minute course, at the end of the course, if successfully passed, you will be able to download your certificate immediately.
