Our online Level 2 Food Safety Essentials training course follows the Level 2 CIEH syllabus for Food Safety. Our Level 2 Food Safety course is aimed at anyone working with or handling foods in the workplace, this can be within the catering sector,
the manufacturing of food stuffs or within retail outlets such (bars, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, cafes, fast food outlets etc.)
Although the course follows the CIEH Level 2 syllabus, but does not offer an actual CIEH Level 2 Qualification or associated QCF points, however upon completion of the online level 2 food safety training course, you will be presented with a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate of Training which can be printed off and/or saved as a PDF document.
Training your staff using our online training portal is a much more convenient and cost effective means of providing the required Food Safety training to your staff. Candidates on the Level 2 Food Safety Course do not have to do the course all at once, but can do it over a period of time, stopping and starting as required until they have completed the online training course. The online level 2 food safety course bookmarks their last position in the course, so that they can resume the training course, it starts up again from where they last left off.
At the end of the level 2 food safety training course, there is a test that needs to be completed and upon the successful completion, a certificate of training will be displayed to record the training that you have completed.
