Nutrition and hydration older people
Details
Make sure the older people in your care are well fed and watered. Sadly the signs of malnutrition and dehydration can be easily missed. Malnutrition in many older people goes unnoticed for a long time. As for dehydration, generally older people don't drink enough.
This course is designed to provide an introduction on how best to enable service users to choose and consume balanced food and drink by mouth on a daily basis.
