This on-line diploma in partnership with ACCA-X is suitable for anyone looking to do an introductory qualification in accounting and finance, including school leavers or those already working in accounts-supports role.

After the completion of Diploma you can progress through ACCA CAT Qualification or the Advanced Diploma in order to become a Professional Accountant or senior Audit.

The Diploma consists of three papers: Accountant in Business; Management Accounting; and Financial Accounting. You also need to take the online ethics module, Foundations in Professionalism.

Completing the Diploma enables you to move up to Fundamentals level or the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Qualification, with exemptions from the first three exams.

F1: Accountant in Business
Understand how businesses operate effectively, efficiently and ethically and the critical role finance professionals play in achieving this.
This course will help you understand business in the context of its environment, including economic, legal and regulatory influences on such aspects as governance, employment, health and safety, data protection and security.

F2: Management Accounting
Learn management accounting techniques to help you support businesses to plan, control and monitor performance.
This course will introduce you to different ways of managing finance within an organisation with the aim of enhancing business performance.

F3: Financial Accounting 
Learn the underlying principles and concepts of financial accounting, accounting techniques and the preparation of basic financial statements. 
The course will allow you to demonstrate technical proficiency in the use of double-entry techniques, including the preparation and interpretation of basic financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, companies and simple groups of companies.
