The practice of Meditation helps us to deal more calmly and effectively with the challenges of everyday life, helping us to feel less stressed and more centred. The course explores a variety of practices from various traditions enabling us to quieten the chattering of the ‘monkey mind’.

The Courtyard Centre began with a vision to create a peaceful place where people can come to relax, take time for themselves, maintain or develop a healthy lifestyle, try something new and connect with others.
