Cost:Weekday Course:

• £799 – This rate is the discounted rate which must be paid in full at the point of booking
• £899 – This rate may be paid in three instalments of £299.67

Weekend Course:

• £899 - This rate is the discounted rate which must be paid in full at the point of booking
• £999 - This rate may be paid in three instalments of £333

• Monday – Friday 07:30 – 11:30 or 12:00 – 16:00 or 16:30 – 20:30 – 4 weeks

Weekend Courses:

• Saturday or Sunday 09:30 – 18:00 – 9 weekends (Cost of Weekend course is £899 in full on the day of booking or £999 in three payments of £333)

Dress Code

Please note that we require you to wear a conservative style suit on two (2) occasions, the photo and graduation days.

On the first day and all other “non suit days” please feel free to wear anything you feel comfortable in. Your trainer will provide you with “suit day” dates in one of your first lessons.

This comprehensive classroom based Hotel Reservation Agent Course combines theory and practical exercises to ensure the student has the knowledge and skills to work in any Reservations Department of any major international hotel. The training includes training on how to make bookings using Opera PMS.

This classroom course was created in conjunction with international hotels, therefore all relevant subjects are covered to ensure our students graduate as exceptional professional Hotel Reservations Agents. This course is specifically suited to individuals who wish to expand upon their skill set, progress their career by learning in a supportive classroom environment. All sessions are taught and observed by experienced Trainers.

Upon completion of the course we provide assistance to our students when seeking employment by creating a profile page for them, which is accessible to over 800 hotels.
