On the first day and all other “non suit days” please feel free to wear anything you feel comfortable in. Your trainer will provide you with “suit day” dates in one of your first lessons.

This Hotel Supervisor/Shift Leader classroom course is available to applicants with (preferably) six (6) months minimum work experience as an employee in the Hospitality Industry. Reception Academy have worked in conjunction with international hotels to ensure our classroom based training instills the knowledge and capability to lead a successful team. Thus giving our students an advantage over other applicants when taking the next step in their career.

Classroom sessions will take place five (5) days a week, over two (2) weeks in our state of the art training rooms.

Each session lasts four (4) hours and there is a choice of either attending the morning class, 7.30am to 11.30am or the mid-morning class, 12.00pm to 4.00pm or the evening class 4.30pm to 8.30pm.

Each class is limited to a maximum of 12 students to ensure sufficient trainer-student contact. Upon completion a Reception Academy Certificate is awarded and a profile is created for the graduate, which is accessible by over 800 partnered Hotels.
