Course contentThe course will cover:
- Introduction to Health & Safety
- Legislation and policies and procedures
- Workplaces and use of equipment
- Risk Assessments, Manual Handling, Hazardous Substances
- Hazards & risks in the working environment
By attending this course learners will gain an understanding of the importance of health and safety within the workplace. Learners will receive an insight into policies and procedures within organisations and how to act upon health and safety issues.
AssessmentThroughout the course, learners will have sessions of questions & answers, alongside activities and exercises. Learners will complete a multiple choice test paper.
