- Marketing basics
- Key software in online marketing management
- Set up and manage social media accounts
- Create a social media campaign
- How to builds and communicate with your database
- Website design and maintenance
- Website fundamentals (inc HTML, CSS & design concepts)
Course Requirement: Basic IT knowledge including current use of Microsoft Word, internet and emails.
Qualifications Gained: BTEC Level 2 – ICT Systems & Principles.
Assessment: Website design & development project, work related activities, observations and evidence building towards portfolio.
Income Potential: Average starting salary £18,000 +

Progress on to:
Move onto Level 2 & 3 qualifications (including apprenticeships for 16 – 23 years olds),
Seek Employment as: Junior/Trainee Web Developer, Junior Client Account Manager or Social Media Assistant.
