Who needs this qualification?
The CIEH Level 3 Award in HACCP in Catering is designed for proprietors, managers and supervisors of small and medium sized catering businesses.
Change of assessment methodology
In response to trainer and centre feedback, we have changed the method of assessing the CIEH Level 3 Award in HACCP in Catering and reduced the required number of guided learning hours.
Learners will no longer be assessed by assignment but will now, instead, sit an examination comprising 45 multiple choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes.
