A Physical Intervention course is now available for those working within the security industry. During this course you will be taught low impact ways of removing clientele where necessary. We would like to remind all possible candidates at this point that the physical intervention course is added as a last resort measure; aggression on the course will not be tolerated.
Our physical intervention course meets the SIA minimum criteria as it has been risk assessed and endorsed by independent bodies, including the Institute of Conflict Management and Skills for Security, to ensure that it is up to the standards expected and is as safe as reasonably practical for the aggressor and defender.
The course is fully certified by fully qualified instructors who have experience within the security industry and hold a Nationally Accredited Awarding Body Certificate to deliver both basic and advanced physical intervention.
The price of this course is £100 + VAT per person.
An optional unit of Advanced Physical Intervention is available for any candidate wishing to take part. We currently deliver McCormack Training Ltd Advanced Physical Intervention. This system has been independently risked assessed by the Institute of Conflict Management. This is the first system of techniques to be certificated and endorsed by NOCN. The advanced Physical intervention will be at an additional cost of £40 + VAT.
Anyone that has completed a different basic physical intervention course can still book and participate in our Advanced Physical Intervention course at a cost of £125 + VAT.

We provide a number of different services including training and consultancy. We provide courses to individuals and businesses to develop their knowledge and gain qualifications in Security Training, First Aid Training and Health & Safety Training in Oxford, around the UK, and Worldwide.
Individuals can attend at our training centres and businesses can choose to either send their employees to one of our venues or can schedule for one of our trainers to deliver courses on their own site.
