The Leadership and Management training programme consists of five, one-day workshops, which gives practical tools and core skills to successfully lead a business or department in a number of areas including: leading strategically, customer excellence, personal excellence as a leader, leading your people and improving the business.
All of the workshops take place at our office in Halifax, West Yorkshire between 9.30am and 4.30pm with refreshments provided during breakout sessions. The cost of completing the ‘Advanced Management Skills’ open programme is £750 plus VAT for the programme.
For an additional fee, delegates may also complete a Level 5 Certificate or Award in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, thereby writing three assignments about what they have learned during the programme and how their new-found skills and knowledge has been applied in the workplace.
The cost of the ILM Award is £212 plus VAT and is worth seven VRQ credits, whereas the cost of the Certificate is £363 plus VAT and is worth 13 VRQ credits.
