Escala Training Academy is a dynamic and innovative vocational training organisation that specialises in high quality training. Our training academy provides training to hairdressing and beauty salons as well as training individuals that want a career in beauty, nails, retail, management or hairdressing. We provide training for salon juniors and we also provide salons with trainee Apprentices that have been carefully selected to meet the salon’s own requirements.
Our academy is equipped with high tech training facilities and resources – giving students real commercial experience. All students will be provided with high quality learning materials that reflect current industry practice to support your training and achievement.
Students are offered personalised learning with small intimate classes of a maximum of 8-10 students, providing a customised training programme for each individual. Students are allocated a personal mentor to support them through the programme both at the Academy and at work
We offer recognised qualifications such as NVQ, VTCT to all students. And with full time, part time, weekend or evening courses that start at various times throughout the academic year. Our bright and spacious training rooms create a productive learning environment, while our fully operational beauty salon and hairdressing salon is the perfect way to experience a realistic working salon. ...
