Crew Resource Management Trainer (CRMT) Core Course
Details
The course is 5 days, covering the up-to-date theory of CRM and also facilitation, critique and feedback techniques, NOTECHS and assessment methods. The course uses case studies of aviation incidents and accidents, including video footage, CVR recordings and investigation board reports.
Following successful completion of this course the student will be able to plan, prepare and deliver effective CRM training for pilots, or combined pilots and cabin crew of airlines and all other aviation operations. The training develops knowledge and skills to enable the delegate to design and deliver effective CRM training that addresses the unique nature of your company's operations, unique requirements and operating procedures.
The training uses classroom facilitation and practical exercises including group discussions and accident reviews to analyse the influence of human factors in the aviation environment, with consideration to the entire crew and those who support the operation such as ATC, ground personnel and maintenance units.
