CPR, or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, is one of the most well-known lifesaving techniques. Whenever an emergency happens, such as a heart attack, near drowning, or if someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped working properly, effective CPR can make all the difference.
Industry Standards
Our bespoke qualification is designed using the British resuscitation guidelines and meets the requirements of both the General Dental Council and the Care Quality Commission. It has been tailored to offer core modules with optional units depending on which kind of environment you work in. We also utilise the materials provided by Highfield Awarding Body so you have confidence that the qualification meets industry standards.
Modules
Courses* are between two and three hours depending what you need – you can simply choose a package that suits your requirements. All courses contain the same core modules and then you simply add on units to make a package designed around what you want.
*All courses include practical exercises using both adult and paediatric manikins as required. Core modules last approximately 2 hours – add 15 minutes per additional optional unit
Certificate
All candidates receive a certificate confirming completion of the relevant topics and employers also receive a certificate to display on site.
