You will complete workbook activities exploring the key principles of management and leadership for your organisation, management and leadership decision making, development of teams, systems and processes through viewing multimedia and interactive learning presentations, reading textbooks and researching/studying leadership and management concepts and models using reliable websites online. All provided through the centre for your convenience.
There are three whole unit assignments with this course, comprising of coursework only. Your work will be submitted to a member of the team in Belfast or UK for independent marking and feedback.
