Course Description
The Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement qualification is otherwise known as TAQA. This course replaces the old A1 assessor Award.
Participants on this course will attend classes in a physical building, and/or through a learning management system. Typical coursework activities include producing evidence in a variety of formats and demonstrating competence in assessing learners on vocational environments.
You will be observed twice planning, assessing and feeding back to your learners. You will also complete a professional discussion with a qualified assessor, covering the assessment process followed whilst assessing your learners. In order to cover the knowledge aspect of the course there will be a number of assignment tasks to complete, and the briefs for assignment tasks will be provided in the classroom and/or online for your convenience.
