This one day accredited course is for qualified massage therapists wanting to offer massage to pregnant women. You will learn how to massage a pregnant woman using a range of gentle techniques which are soothing and comforting as well as helping to alleviates aches and pains in the lower back, hips and shoulders.

Please note that, students will need to email a copy of their Holistic Massage and Anatomy & Physiology Diplomas in advance of enrolement.

Massage during pregnancy has been found to help alleviate aches and pains in the back, neck and shoulders due to postural changes and can help to improve sleep, reduce headaches and induce relaxation as well as helping to promote a healty, happy pregnancy, labour and recovery period.
