This qualification provides learners with a firm foundation in the most common areas of human resource (HR), which will assist them to develop essential HR skills. It is aimed at those who are new to HR, work in a HR support role and wish to develop their knowledge and skills or who are looking to further their HR career with a professional qualification.
The programme aims to provide the learner with the knowledge and skills of what is required of an individual working in a HR role. The course will investigate a key area of HR in each unit in order to provide the learner with a detailed understanding of the sector as a whole.
The course is ideal for those who are looking to consolidate their knowledge in Human Resource and will provide both a sound understanding of how to effectively work in HR and provides a qualification that can be used to show evidence of this.
The course is divided into seven units, each covering a different aspect of Human Resource. To achieve the qualification, the learner must achieve all 26 credits.
