NCFE Level 3 Award in Education & Training:
The Award in Education and Training is an introductory teaching qualification. It is aimed at : Those who are not currently in a teaching or training role. Perhaps this is an area you are interested in exploring further. Those who are currently teaching and training, in situations that do require people to hold a full Diploma in Education and Training. This includes those who train for private providers may be giving short courses and staff development. What you will study: You will study 1 course made up of 12 credits. The units include: Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training, Understanding assessment in education and training. The aim of the course is to introduce you to the role of the teacher and responsibilities. You will learn how to put together a lesson plan and create a motivating environment for learners.
**STUDENTS ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE FOR 19+ LEARNER LOAN**
Functional skills qualification is FREE for those students who are registered with us on level 3 qualification or those who wants to get registered on the level 3 qualification. (T & C apply)
