Reiki Training Certificate Level One

WHAT IS THE REIKI LEVEL ONE COURSE ABOUT AND WHAT WILL I LEARN?

This course focuses on physical and self-healing and other topics (see below). The student will   receive four attunements which will enable them to channel Reiki energy.

BY THE END OF THE REIKI ONE COURSE, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO:

• Perform a Reiki treatment on yourself and others

• Demonstrate the healing hand positions

• Describe the history, origins and principals of Reiki and how it works

• Have an awareness of how energy works and understanding of the aura and chakras

• Set up a treatment couch and demonstrate client care 

• Scan the body for imbalances

• Use Reiki for self-development and spiritual growth

• Use Reiki for increased wellbeing, in daily life and at work

HOW WILL I BE TAUGHT AND WHAT WILL BE HAPPENING IN CLASS?

• Tutor lecture

• Observing tutor demonstrations

• Group activities

• Discussions

• Pair work

• Receive four attunements (ceremony to enable channel Reiki)Practising giving and receiving Reiki

• Group guided meditation

• Supportive and constructive feedback

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?

• No, all course materials are provided

• Please wear comfortable clothing

ARE THERE ANY PRE REQUISITEs?

• No previous experience or qualifications are needed

HOW LONG IS THE REIKI LEVEL ONE COURSE?

• Intensive one-day course held on a Saturday from 9:30 AM - 6:00 / 6:30PM 

WHERE DO THE REIKI LEVEL ONE COURSES TAKE PLACE?

• All Reiki first degree courses take place at my home in London

(Wood Green/Alexandra Palace). It is a lovely environment in which to learn Reiki: quiet, relaxed and spacious with a separate treatment room for practical work. 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE REIKI COURSE ENDS? 

• Progression to Reiki Second Level (Practitioner level) 

• Continued support from myself

• Follow up events (Reiki shares) throughout the year

HOW MUCH DOES THE REIKI COURSE COST?

• Reiki First Level Course, London: £140

• Reiki First & Second Level Course, London when booked together with both deposits paid:  £265 

• Deposits are non-refundable but course dates can be changed
