Crew Resource Management (CRMT)

 Aimed at any suitably trained cabin crew and pilot classroom training instructors who have completed Air Crew Initial CRM training and are wanting to specialise within CRM as a subject.

The course will be delivered by a Skypeople approved Level 5 & CRM (Examiner) and they their approach to this training is:

Course Objectives

 At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Recognise the principles & objectives of CRM training
• Discuss EASA AMC & GM requirements for Operator FC & CC course content 
• Explain “CRM Culture”
• Give Instruction on Human Performance Limitations (HPL)
• Explore CRM skills, role model attributes & personal awareness
• Practice different facilitation techniques for delivering effective CRM training to groups of people
• Practice how to create a safe, supportive, engaging & motivating learning environment
• Explore different methods for leading CRM subjects and identifying/addressing CRM issues
• Observe and practice constructive debriefing techniques & reflect on your own delivery
• Experience your own growth in confidence and credibility within CRM training
