Property Transactions Masterclass Module 2

Aim and Objectives
This Masterclass is aimed at all practitioners acting in property transactions. Session two will allow for those with a good grounding to focus on more complex aspects.

Topics and Issues to be covered

• Module 2 This module will focus on more complex property transactions with a particular emphasis on compulsory first registration, land registry rules and complex land registry dealings, for example, easements and transmissions. Different schemes of development will also be addressed such as apartments and multi-unit developments along with related issues such as mapping. The final lecture and workshop will focus on tax issues in conveyancing and in particular the conveyancers’ obligations in relation to stamp duty, local property tax, household charge and NPPR.
