This course will introduce you to the basics of film photograph.

You will have the opportunity to make images using analog film camera-both 35mm and 120 as well as print your negatives using traditional darkroom enlarger.

Course consist of 5 classes and dates can be individually arrange to suit the participant. All levels are welcomed-prior to the course you will be asked about your experience with photography to make sure workshop is tailored to your abilities.

Dates are flexible-course can be led in group or as one-to-one.

Polish photographer currently based in London utilizing historical photographic technique of wet plate collodion. Her works has been subject of several solo and group exhibition around the world. As an educator, leading alternative and historical photographic techniques workshops. Collaborated with various acclaimed art institutions and galleries, such as British Museum, University of Arts London and more.

 The idea of alternative workshops is to bring to the wider public -adults, children, seniors- range of workshops which aim to raise awareness about very beginnings of photography and encourage experimenting with them in most creative way. Whether experienced or not, workshops are tailored for various kinds of audience, from small groups to community engagement projects. My journey with historical processes began in 2013 and since then through experience in both education and hands on photography assignments I gained excellent skill set which includes range of photographic techniques: more experimental and complex such as wet plate collodion photographic glass plate process invented in 1856, gum bichromate, salt print, as well as those bacis and simple to use like cyanotype, anthotype or pinhole photography. For last few years I have taken part in several festivals, larger community projects and private events internationally, providing participants with a great deal of knowledge, experience and entertainment.

In the past I have collaborate with various art institutions and galleries across London, including University of Arts London, British Museum, Four Corners Gallery, providing all sorts of unique, historical for local communities and participants of all levels of experience: adults, seniors, children and people with learning disabilities. ...
