By the end of this workshop, your staff will have a good understanding of the principal terminology that they will come across in their day to day work. The detail is based upon actual feedback from receptionists and managers (general practice and non-clinicians) as to the terminology they see, and does not give details which are unlikely to be used.
We feel that a working knowledge of terminology is essential to all staff members, but in particular to those involved in coding, summarising and secretarial work.
