This is a must for divers and non-divers alike. Accidents and illnesses happen every day. Some people need only a helping hand while others may suffer serious permanent injuries without help. EFR have produced two basic courses that can be combined or can be as stand alone courses. By mastering Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (first aid) course skills you can render important care to those in need. There is no minimum or maximum age limit set on the course.
You’ll be learning state of the art skills, based on the consensus view of the Basic Life Support (BLS) Working Group of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). In addition, the programme is based on established instructional design and meets the criteria for the Appointed First Aider award.
Emergency First Response is also flexible - you can learn background knowledge in your own time then complete the course in a practical, hands-on training session with a qualified Emergency First Response instructor.

C-Life was formed in 1996 by Serena E. Barnard who is C-Life's Chief Instructor. Our male and female staff members are dedicated to bringing the unique and exciting experiences of scuba diving to a wider audience, by using high quality training, equipment and experience. All staff are CRB checked to work with children. C-Life has been approved by KCC. We are the ONLY Scuba training facility in the area, primarily using the luxury of Drysuits from the PADI Open Water Diver Course for training instead of wetsuits, which is our standard equipment for all our dive courses, and the correct thermal insulation for UK diving.
Where we like to dive is anywhere and all year round. You will find us at our local Kent Lakes conducting most of our courses there as well as Night Diving all year. As the weather and sea conditions improve (April - November) we arrange day trips diving in the Chanel from Brighton or Dover areas both only about 1hr away from us. Then weekend UK dive trips and of course treat ourselves to a few excersions abroad experiencing the amazing delights the aquatic world has to offer.
C-Life has experience working with Groups such as; Youth Groups, Scout Clubs, Schools, Colleges and Corporate Team Building Events in London and Kent. We would be very happy to organise a meeting and PowerPoint presentation to show prospectus clients. ...
