The site supervisors safety training scheme (SSSTS) is a popular course for those who are undertaking a supervisory role within a construction company. The SSSTS course is relatively short but provides these individuals with the knowledge they need to effectively handle the health & safety of their chosen workplace . As the head of a team of construction workers, you will be looked to as the person to approach if your employees need to raise any concerns about thier environment. you need to be fully informed  about all aspects of staff safety, regardless of the size of your team.Candidates undertaking the SSSTS training will gain a well -rounded understanding of the role they play within their industry and the importance of good management.
