This course has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in how to provide massage using pre-blended aromatherapy oils with a range of clients and conditions. You will also develop a sound knowledge of how to monitor and maintain health & safety practices in a salon environment. Furthermore you will develop a sound knowledge of how to promote client care and communications in beauty related industries. No formal qualification or previous experienced necessary but a good level of English together with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm to succeed within the industry are helpful. An informal interview with the course tutor is necessary to assess your learning requirements.

Once learners have achieved the Level 3 Certificate in Massage Using Pre-blended Aromatherapy Oils they may progress on to one of our other Level 3 courses, such as Level 3 Certificate In Swedish Massage etc. This certificate qualifies graduates to operate their own salon or home visiting practice. Graduates can also gain employment in Beauty Salons, Hotels, Health Clubs, Spas and Cruise Liners.

There's no fixed time to complete this course, it tends to varies from learner to learner. We will help you complete the course at your own comfortable pace. At your informal interview, the course coordinator will be able to tell you how long roughly the course will take you to complete, once your learning requirements and the amount of time you can realistically commit to the course has been established.

Practical performance, assignments, written and oral questions are included in the assessment strategy. Candidates will also produce a portfolio containing evidence of competent assessment as required by the awarding body.
