Level 3 Award In Lash Extensions

The Level 3 Award in Lash Extensions is a course that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in how to apply individual permanent lashes. This course will enable learners to develop a sound knowledge of health and safety practice in a salon environment, and how to promote client care and communication in beauty related industries. You will also develop an underpinning knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this course.

•     Client care and communication in beauty-related industries.

No formal qualification or previous experienced necessary but a good level of English together with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm to succeed within the industry are helpful. An informal interview with the course tutor is necessary to assess your learning requirements.

Learners can progress into other areas of the beauty industry and or directly into employment or self employment with this qualification. Progression opportunities exist in the form of other specialist vocationally related qualifications at Level 3.

There's no fixed time to complete this course, it tends to varies from learner to learner. We will help you complete the course at your own comfortable pace. At your informal interview, the course coordinator will be able to tell you how long roughly the course will take you to complete, once your learning requirements and the amount of time you can realistically commit to the course has been established.

Practical performance, assignments, written and oral questions are included in the assessment strategy. Candidates will also produce a portfolio containing evidence of competent assessment as required by the awarding body.
