So you’ve identified a compelling opportunity, done your customer development and you’re ready to launch your company. This course covers how you set up a company to run your business whilst avoiding some of the common pitfalls regarding company formation,
staffing and resourcing. We’ll learn first hand from the founders of small businesses the things that they wished they’d known when starting-up.

- Setting sail – company formation
- Finding your first employees
- Physical and capital resources
- Scaling through sales - from prospect to champion
- Understanding the user journey and mapping it
