In this section, we cover cleaning do's and don't's, schedules, bins, cleaning your fridge and disinfecting surfaces & equipment.
4. Storage, Temperature & Time
This section covers the Storage and Temperature of food and why they are key factors in working to keep food safe.
5. The Law
In this section, we will look at food legislation, food management systems, record keeping, enforcement officers, training requirements and first aid.
