This unit is designed to enable learners to understand principles, practices and legislation for the initial verification of electrical installations with statutory and non-statutory regulations and requirements.
Its content is the knowledge needed by a learner to underpin the application of skills for the inspection, testing, commissioning and certification of electrical installations.
PLEASE NOTE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS BELOW:- It is expected that all candidates enrolling for this course have the necessary practical hands on experience of performing initial verification to the appropriate standard required in order
for the 303 practical assessment to be undertaken. The course is designed to satisfy all learning outcomes of units 301 (online assessment) and 302 (external written examination paper) and demonstration only on the necessary practical aspects. If you don't
have practical hands on expereince from industry you are advised to undertake our 2394-01 Practical Preparation Training Day Course prior to booking your 303 assessment.
