Aromatherapy massage is a more advanced holistic treatment incorporating the use of essential oils and a variety of bases within the treatments. You will also learn how to use the essential oils in many different ways other than by massage.
Course Content
Relevant Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology, Business Planning, Principles & Practice of Complementary Therapies, Massage techniques, Benefits & effects, Contra indications & contra actions, Consultation & record keeping, Client care & after-care advice, Health, Safety & Hygiene, Study of 42 essential oils & 18 carrier oils, Mixing & blending using a variety of media.
Training is a combination of 7 days at the centre and guided home study, that is supported throughout with final assessments on your last day. These are competency based qualifications.
Entry Requirements: Swedish/Body Massage (can be covered at the centre)
If you don’t have & don’t want to do either of these qualifications first we would need another training day with you to cover the massage side of the course, cost £145

We deliver professional qualifications in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. All our tutors are working therapists each with over 20 years of relevant experience and practical knowledge.
We work with small groups, usually no more than 4 students, to ensure maximum individual attention.
Combination of face-to-face training and supported home study.
