The course is split into two sections:

This section takes you through the four-step process to develop your problem solving skills.  This process is known as ICED.  By following the steps, you’ll be able to:

Identify a problem correctly by finding the root cause…
Create an achievable solution by assessing the problem properly…
Execute your solution effectively and safely…
Determine whether your solution has successfully solved the problem or not.

Each step is taken one by one and discussed in detail, by the end of which, with practice, you will feel much more confident in your problem solving ability to tackle and overcome any challenges you face throughout the day.

The course can be completed in as little as 10 minutes and will ultimately help you improve on the highly-valued skill of problem solving.  There are interactive questions interspersed throughout the course to ensure you have understood the content.
