The sales process can be daunting and involves choosing the right target customer, understanding the best way to approach them, preparing a pitch and presenting it to the buyer. 

This interactive session, part of the Design Create Sell series of workshops, will focus on how to prepare for this process so you can expand your customer base, improve your sales technique and increase orders.

  • Defining your unique selling point (USP)
  • Competitive shopping & research 
  • Getting sales appointments
  • Develop a sales pitch framework.
  • Anticipating and planning a buyer’s requirements.
  • Preparing for a sales appointment
  • Handling negotiation

By the end of this session you will have drafted the outline of your own sales pitch that you can then use when you are presenting your range to buyers.
