It discusses Cisco Unity Connection integration options, including integration with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. This course also examines various deployments in which Cisco Unity Connection is placed as a centralized or decentralized voice-messaging application.

Target Audience:

Individuals seeking to obtain effective skills at integrating the new Unified Communications Applications. Individuals wishing to obtain the Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Voice Certification designation. Candidates should have completed 640-802 Cisco Certified Network Associate, or 640-822 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 and 640-816 Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 2. Candidates should also have completed 640-461 Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM) v8.0.
