Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
This advanced Lean Six Sigma training trains professionals to implement significant and/or complex improvements, designed to deliver meaningful improvements to the organisation's bottom line.
In addition to exploring some statistics, a key aspect of the course is to equip change agents in an organisation to guide others working on Lean Six Sigma projects. The training accomplishes this by exploring Knowledge Transfer and coaching techniques. Furthermore, through the use of hypothesis testing, Renault-Nissan Consulting provides your staff with the tools to be able to show if improvements to processes orservices can be confidently declared.Then via implementing tools such as Standard Work, 5S andControl Charts, it is ensured that the gains your project teams make can be sustained over time.
This training also offers optional on-going support to your BlackBelt teams in the form of coaching and mentoring, guiding your teams to a successful project outcome which can lead to a Black Belt Certification in 12 months.
Suitability - Who should attend?
This is an advanced level course to:
- Existing Green Belts (ideally, who have been Certified) looking to upgrade their skills and capability.
- People who have little prior knowledge on the subject, but who are engaged in solving complex problems.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
There is an option for on-going coaching and mentoring that looks to get your candidates accredited as Certified Black Belts after 12 months. Certification can also be facilitated through Renault-Nissan Consulting's partnership with the British Quality Foundation’s Lean Six Sigma Academy.
