COLOUR THERAPY FOR CHILDREN DIPLOMA

This course trains you to become a Child Colour Therapist. It teaches you how to use Colour Therapy cards specially designed for children and explains how each hue reveals their inner emotional, mental state and personal situation that may not be apparent. You will then learn how to use colour therapy in a number of different situations as an aid to physical, emotional and mental development, as well as a therapeutic aid for children with special needs.

The course includes using special colours for clothing, decor, diet, visualisations, baby massage and much more.  You will also learn to apply colour therapy in difficult situations including separation, grief, anger management, hyperactivity and stress. The course is full of interesting and fun colour related tasks for you to try out youself and also use with toddlers and children of all ages.

You can enrol onto this course via the Iris School of Colour Therapy website, and it normally takes around 3 - 6 months to qualify, studying at your own speed.  Please note the fees quoted are for email study.

QUALIFICATION

 Iris International Certificate in Colour Therapy for Children. Also accredited by IWOC and IICT, International Institute of Complementary Therapist.

ASSESSMENT

This is by feedback from you on the tasks you have carried out, and a final project.
