Colour Therapy Counsellor and healer - Level 1 & 2
The Iris School of Colour Therapy is a specialist school that offers comprehensive training to become a professional Colour Therapist. The course lasts one year with each level taking around 6 months if you study part-time by email, CD or workbook.
Level 1. Certificate - 12 LESSONS (includes a set of colour therapy materials).
This is an Iris School of Colour Therapy award accredited by IWOC and IICT
Colour Therapy teaches you to use colour as a diagnostic tool by using your favourite colours to focus on areas in your life that need attention. You will learn how to develop your counselling skills by giving Colour Therapy readings using colour therapy cards that are included in with the study notes. You will also learn how art therapy with colour can be used to bring harmony on all levels.
The course also teaches you how colour affects your physical, emotional and mental state and how to use light and colour to balance and heal the chakras and energise the aura. The course goes on to cover the healing qualities of colours in the home, dress, diet and you will learn a range of colour healing techniques including colour aromatherapy, colour visualisations and relaxation, and colour breathing.
Our course includes Anatomy and Physiology for Colour Therapy.

Assessment
Question sheets at the end of each lesson, that include feedback on some practical tasks you have carried out. Final exam project that you carry out at home. You will receive comprehensive feedback and personal advice from your expert Colour Therapy tutor.
Qualification
This is a professional Diploma qualification from Iris School of Colour Therapy that allows you to practice as a Colour Therapist anywhere in the world. The course is IWOC & IICT approved and CthA affiliated.
You can start to practice as a Colour Therapist after Level 1, and in your own time you may decide to go on to Level 2 Diploma you will learn lots more colour therapy treatments, including colour reflexology, colour acupressure as well as develop more complex colour counselling skills.
