What is the Course?
Level 3 Diploma in Management
As a Training Organisation, The Training and Recruitment House is accredited by TQUK/HABC/CIEH/IOSH. This course leads to certification in the TQUK Level 3 Diploma in Management.
What can I do once I complete the Course?
This Course is suitable for those who are currently or are new to Management roles. The Course programme is designed to relate key theories to Management practice with the aim of producing beneficial change within organisations.
How long does the Course take?
Depending on the Units to be completed this Course, the Course can take around 550 hours, typically delivered over a period of 6 months.

The Course is held in our offices at 51 Church Street, Portadown. We can also come to Your Premises
Is there a test at the end of the Course?
This course is assessed by completion of a portfolio which is built up over the programme.
You will complete the Mandatory Units which are:
Manage team performance
Principles of people management
Principles of business
Principles of leadership and management
Manage personal and professional development.
These Units are 31 of the required 55 Units and will take around 310 hours to complete.
The remaining 24 Units can be tailored to meet your requirements.
