Details
We provide comprehensive preparation for AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC and CIEGCSE/IGCSE French, German and Spanish examinations. Our tutorials provide for both Lower and Higher Tier examinations (listening and reading), as well as Short Course examinations (where applicable).
Our tutorials focus on the development of the four skills examined - reading, writing, listening and speaking - emphasising tailored presentation, targeted practice and personalised feedback, using a bank of proprietary materials (authentic and semi-authentic), questions and papers, as well as past and specimen papers, to enhance fluency and accuracy, develop vocabulary and grammatical control, build confidence and provide enjoyment and stimulation.
We provide an informal assessment for each tutee at the outset. This provides the focus and clarity we need to be able to target accurately where each tutee needs particular support.
Working through the relevant GCSE/IGCSE specification, our tutorials are also interactive and fun, developing creatively our tutees’ language skills, time management skills, and their ability to respond effectively to the variety of question types found in French, German and Spanish GCSE/IGCSE examinations.
