This course is designed to teach those who wish to go out and train others in the subject of safeguarding vulnerable adults living in social care settings. The course is a mix of home study face-to-face time via Skype. Structured practical delivery of training with feedback from course tutors.

By the end of the course those who attend will be able to train others in the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and social care settings

Those who attend the course will be able to:
1. Identified principles of adult education in the workplace
2. Plan and create courses for adults around the area of safeguarding vulnerable adults
3. Delivering effective training for the safeguarding vulnerable adults living in social care settings
4. Manage training session for adults
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions for adults
6. Reflect and improve own practice
Speaker/s
Over the years George has managed and successfully marketed his own businesses. He has now passes the skills he has learnt to owners and managers of social care settings. George is often a guest speaker at conferences and seminars explaining how to fill care home beds and promote homes successfully.
He is a published author of many books. His latest book The Guide to Filling Care Home Beds is due for publication December 2011.
